At Petrolina Electric, we are looking for the long-term lease of land or business rooftops, to develop a solar photovoltaic park. If you have unused land or a business with a suitable roof for a PV installation, let's talk!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR LEASING

For a piece of land:

  • Total area of at least 20,000 sqm
  • Must be adjacent to a registered road network or have legal access
  • No trees
  • Flat surface or with minimal inclines
  • No shading issues

For roof:

  • Commercial, industrial or agricultural (farm) buildings
  • At least 500sqm of roof area
  • Ability to safely support the weight of the components
  • No shading issues
  • The building should already have a building permit
